Q: POLICE SUO MOTO COGNIZANCE CASE (419, 420, 120B, 66D IT ACT)

Hello, a case was filed against someone I know under section 419, 420, 120B IPC, 66D IT Act by police on its own SUO MOTO COGNIZANCE. The victim is a university outside India and is not even aware of what happened, now I need to get this case compounded or FIR quashed, police has WhatsApp chat as evidence without any corroboration. Just a few days back, famous actor's son was granted clean chit by NCB as they did not have any corroboration to WhatsApp chat, can I use this as defense?nCan I compound this case with Public Prosecutor after taking permission from court as there is no victim in this case? Sec 320 CrPC says case can be compounded only with victim but here in this case, the case is started by police on its own and victim is not involved, how to compound this case?nFact of the case is: Cheating by impersonation in a university exam online.

One of my ex team member has been talking to other people and defaming me by saying I have an affair with my boss. I am someone who can sleep with anyone etc. This came to my notice when she shared all this with one of my existing client. I want to file a defamation against her. As I am in an industry where reputation is everything, all such things hamper my professional life.

Yes you can file your defamation case before court but need such type of evidence who spoke true before court what she doing against you and she doing intentionally against you for defame your reputation and your Carrier

First of all you give complaint to the police station concerned there after you met with the police station and If concerned SHO not take action against Neighbour Then you go for higher authority of police and give also complained to the higher authority there after if police not take any action against your neighbour then you file a complaint before the concerned court in section 156 Crpc

Q: Without divorce , can i live with my partner.

I am a 26 years old unmarried girl and in love with a guy whose divorce is pending in the court from last 2.5-3 years.. it is a contested case and his wife is not ready to give him divorce as they were demanding huge sum of amount.. Now we want to live together as in live in relationship. Does this step will lend him in more trouble legally ? please give us advice.
