Query regarding bail rules in Delhi courts

Can the same car Registration Certificate (RC), registered in the name of a single person, be used by two or three different individuals simultaneously in the same case for obtaining bail/sureties in Delhi courts?

You cannot use the same RC simultaneously in the same case rather in any case than one as surety. It would amount to fraud or misleading the court. You could choose to submit an amount equivalent to the same.

Yes, the same vehicle RC may be used for furnishing surety for two or more accused persons in the same criminal case, subject to the satisfaction and approval of the concerned Court. Under Sections 485 and 486 of the BNSS, there is no absolute prohibition on a person standing surety for multiple accused. However, the surety must disclose all existing surety obligations, establish sufficient financial capacity, and satisfy the Court regarding the vehicle's ownership, valuation and encumbrances. Acceptance of the same RC for multiple bail bonds is not automatic and remains subject to judicial discretion. You may seek appropriate permission from the concerned Delhi Court after examining the bail orders and surety requirements.
