Later we plan to meet so traveled & both stayed together in hotel but we didnt had sex & I decided not to continue this so dropped this proposal due to lot of difference of opinion. Currently i'm in AB & heard charge sheet was filed. I wanted to know that with the hotel Bill & general sightseeing photos can made me as Convicted & punished.

Firstly check up whether the charge sheet is really filed. Usually in such cases, the girls do not proceed further then the 1st complaint. From what you say, I am sure that you will not be convicted and punished. She has not alleged that you both had sex and so it does not matter if you both stayed in the hotel room. Also you will have to see what other evidence she has to proof that you promised to marry her. Kindly contact me for further advice/assistance.
