As per the criminal proceedings the DVC is criminal. it is not civil suit. however as far as the family disputes it could be tried under civil nature. the punishment under the DVC is equivalent to punishment under IPC. the criminal proceedings is DVC

quash case has to be filled only at madras high court. if you have real grounds that you have not committed any domestic violence on other party then it will be easy. like that you need clear evidence on that.

The rape process shall be made against the boy. The sec 376 of IPC shall be invoked against the boy. The boy must marriage the girls. The supreme court already direction on this issue to punish the boy.
