Arrest Stay granted and matter refered to Mediation Center, allahabad high court, on " 30 August 2018 "Both party entered into Interim settlement aggrement and signed on interim settlement aggreement in mediation Centre, High Court Allahabad on" 28 November 2018. Codition written that ( i ) Mutual Consent Divorce filled by both party on or before 5 December 2018 and Certified copy to be produced at mediation centre on 12 December 2018 and then 1st installment amount of Alimoney 3Lac to be given to wife. Case listed on 4 December 2018 and after supplying copy of settlement, Court quashed FIR and made rules of court of term incorporated in settlement and disposed case. Does Respondent Number 3 has right or power to fail mediation in meantime after signing interim settlememt aggrement ? (whenever case is disposed and and Court made rule that each term incorporated in settlement will be abide by both party)

yes either of the party should comply the agreement In which they have entered into as if both the party have signed this due to this reason court dispose the criminal writ if any of the party are not complying they can come again at high court taking the plea about their grevance this is good that you have got your mediation at high court.

Dear client,

You have settled your matter by way of saperately, I think your total amount of alimony is 6 lacs and from which you had paid 3 lacs which is half of the total .and half you will pay at the time of divorce decree in family court before family judge at that time you will free from all cases, if you are defaulter then all case reopen against you .and if your wife contempt then you have no problem,

Dear Client in that situation first she received entire amount of alimony or not if she has not taken entire amount then she may file a contempt against that order which was passed by the court so better you should pay final payment if any and get decree in Mutual consent Divorce.
