My boyfriend and me were in relationship over a year.Because of our age gape our parents might not accept our relationship, but He alway agreed with me that we will talk to our parents about our relationship and marriage. We got into physical relationship. After 4month of physical relationship he started to ignore me.but he continuously said that he don't want to end our relationship, and always ask me to wait for his better job,and he will talk to his parents.6month ago my mother comes to know about this, and talk to him.He promised my mom that after getting a good job he will marry me. I asked him to inform his parents about the relationship.but he didn't. 2weeks ago he blocked me. I contact his office and his address then I come to know He got a better job and left, but didn't inform me. He cheated me. So I file a police complaint . They file it on u/s 417/376 ipc. What to do next.is 376 ipc is chargeable for him as I gave consent because I trusted him. Please help me.

If you file a rape case against your boyfriend, you shall be examined by doctors whether any forceful act was being done or not and as you have consented both of it, wont stand, it can dealt in other ways and it shall take time and it is all upon trial to prove, if you cannot prove ultimately, they can file compensation upon you
