If the accused is a widow being a woman she must be on bail u/s 437 of Cr.P.C . Is the offence non bailable ? I don't know the offence alleged on the accused as you didn't mention so i cannot advise you the defensive grounds of her bail but only one defensive ground granting bail is her being woman and she will not abscond because she is a widow and two kids are dependent on her can be supportive but still i cant suggest you exacts ground as your incomplete query. Yes she can grant bail after rejection it depends upon the discretion of the court and submission of your lawyer and you also appeal in district court ant high court .

Yes you can always move the bail application, but kindly weigh the pros and cons and the surety of the grounds on which you are fighting just do not file a one page bail petition and get your bail rejected unnecessarily. Do file a concise bail petition along with all grounds and break the FIR to prove your non guilt.

Hi,
Immediately file a Criminal Revision before the Hon'ble High Court or before Ld. Sessions Court of appropriate jurisdiction. But you have mentioned that in which case she has arrested and convicted. Please mention the Section(s) of relevant Code. Specify your case then it will be adviceble specifically.
Thank you.
