Can 340 CRPC be filed against lawyer

I had approached a lawyer to file partition suit for my ancestral property.
He instead forged my signatures on plaint, vakalath and other documents and filed injunction suits after extracting money in the name of court fees.
I would like to know if he can be prosecuted under 340 CRPC and also if there are any judgements to this effect.
I know about the bar council complaint but I specifically want to know about 340crpc

Yes, but courts are not so serous. I don't want to comment on the working of courts. There are not even 1 percent of taking action under section 340. Please check with court records. They never encourage. You may approach high court to give direction to Bar Council to keep that advocate under suspension.
