Builder did fraud and the case is going on, how to expedite the case ?

Sir, Had purchased a residential unit and paid 15 lakh as booking amount in March 2013, later found out that project did not have requisite permission from environment and other departments. Most of permission were obtained by builder in July 2014 or later. I had asked for my money back but received letter of forefeit from builder. Had filed case in state consumer court Delhi and case was admitted in Jan 2017. OP has not attended even once in last three hearing. Affidavit and argument ex parte have been submitted. next hearing is in July 2018, as per my lawyer the judgment is expected in July based on progress. I have two question a) How to expedite case b) What is fastest way to get judgement or money back. Can I file FIR based on RTI information received?. Thanks & Regards
Sir first go to some Honorable high court Lawyer . Discuss the matter as all the documents need to study . then only that lawyer will guide you the next step . As with out reading the document no one can guide the best way.

As per the rules of procedure, an application for early hearing can be filed requesting to hear the matter at an early date.
Yes, FIR can be filed on the basis of cheating and fraud committed.

Hi, to expedite the case you can file an application of early hearing in the state commission. Then the case may be fixed for early early and the judgment may come a little early. You may get FIR registered on the basis of information received through RTI for cheating, fraud etc.
