Court dates are getting extended what can i do to speedup the matter

23-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My known person got arrested almost 2 years back and there were around 8 cases filed against him in Saharanpur. He got bail in 2 and applied in 4 more cases but it has been 1 year and the court dates are just extending from one date to another. Every time either there is no judge or some kind of strike or holiday or something else. Any solutions,?

You need to give application before the court concerned for giving short dates, if it pertains to lower court then move application for expedite disposal of bail application in high court and if it pertains to high court then in Supreme Court after giving application in the concerned court

You should file an expedite petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad for speedy the trial if your case has not been expediously disposed of within time you may file bail application before the High Court. First of all you should know that whether any bail application has been filed before Hon'ble High Court or not. If yes then in how much cases and what is going on in those cases. You should also find out that the trial is at what stage.
Thanking You.
