Sir mere mom ne apne pitaji ki vasiyat me hisa manga he mom ke pita ji ne na koi whill likha tha nahi usko vasiyat varis me mili thi usne khud kamayi thi... Aaj case k 3 saal ho gaye case abhi bhi "written statement " stage mehi pada he.... case ko fast karne ke liye kya karu meri mom senior citizen he.... Or Adjournment natural of justices ka kya matlab hota he... Court ye kyu date pe rakhti he...???? Thnk u

Firstly you put forward this before the Hon'ble Court that the opposite party is yet to file written statement.

Before that confirm with your advocate regarding the stage of the case and put your query forward.

And put an application to expedite the proceedings on the senior citizen basis which will be left upon the court to consider it or not.

Put an application in the court to expedite the matter stating the reasons. If the court does not listen to you file an application in the high court seeking direction to the lower court to expedite the matter.
