Uncle registered ancestor property without showing me and my sibling

24-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
My grandfather has two sons and a daughter. My is father is the elder son. The younger son has registered an ancestoral property in 2005. During then he gave oral promises to take care of my grandfather and grandmother. Now he is not abiding by his promise. In the registration he hasn't show myself and my elder sister (who is major during then) and only my father signed in the registration. Myself and my sister were not at all mentioned. Can I file a case for this over 15 years old registration and get it cancelled now?

You will need to file a declaration suit as well as a partition suit. ensure a pedigree is prepared depecring your share onto the property. do not worry about the lapsed date, you can use the date of knowledge as a cause of action and proceed forward.
