i am thinking to file in CAT, would proceed, can u give an idea, what are the chances of postive outcome, i am gazetted officer in mcd. 1. No review & extension of the suspension within 90 days, it's continued since last 6 months. 3.Also the suspension letter is not signed by competent authority himself, instead signed by a junior grade/class officer whose class is lower than me. i came through upsc on a first class officer post. 2.No issuance of any chargesheet within 90 days.
