Refiling of writ petition on the same issue with new facts

Can I file writ petition 2nd time if now I have new facts on the same issue after the dismissal of LPA in a high court?
Yes you can. But same should be filed with all caution. Because if court found that matter covers under res judicata then writ application will not be entertained. So my advice would be , sit with your advocate and after due delegenc file the petition.
