Property in Wife's name, not letting her Husband to stay in the hOUS

KINDLY Note that in the year 1985-86, My father has purchased a constructed house, in mother's (wife's) name now my father is 70 years old. and my mother is not letting my father in the same house. so she has asked my father to vacate the house, and now a days he is staying in a rented house. being the elder son in the family, she has logged a complaint in Tehsil (Sardhana) and advertise in local news paper (Amar Ujala) that she (Mother) is making me out of the property, and will not give any share in her property, the entire share will be transfered to the younger brother. As per current situation neither me or nor my father cannot enter the house, once We tried also but mother called the local police and the authorities have warned us not to enter the house once again. I want to know that my father has spend his whole life earning in the maintenance and renovation of the house whether he has a legal right in the house or not. Can we file a case against Mother in court of law,
