What is the procedure to be followed by MCD official for taking demolition action in case of extended balcony in flats inside CGHS in Delhi.
notice will be served upon the residents of the flats and proper communication about the detailed activity will be provided and you will be asked to take proper action for smooth operation of the same and then demolition will be done . if you think they are unnecessary doing this approach delhi High Court immediately.
