Sir I registered my case in permanent injection on 2014 and it dispose on 2018 by saying contested dismissed what it mean ?

Essentially, after going through the arguments and a final hearing. The Judge has adjudicated ( passed his judgment) on the matter and has closed the case. The case has now been closed and your request/prayer for permanent injunction has been denied.
You still have avenues of reviving your case, by filing an appeal against the said order and the case may ber resumed. However, I would need further details pertaining to your case in order to guide you for the same.
