How many married brothers with families + their father mother can occupy 1 BHK flat as per bye laws of housing societies in Maharashtra
There is no law as such which can restrict the number of family members from living in a particular flat of a Society. There is no bye-law as such. However, as Covidv19 Season has arrived, if they have come up with special Bye-law for it to maintain Social Distancing for those which have been quarantined because any/few of them have been found Covid Positive. Then, it is a different ball game.
