Is self salary income counted for OBC non-creamy layer?

I wanted this legal advice regarding OBC reservation. I am 23 years old. My father's salary is less than 5 lakhs (State government Police constable, Group D employee ) but my salary is 22 lakhs per annum in private corporate industry. Do I qualify for the benefits of OBC Non-Creamy Layer for exams like UPSC? Basically the question is that self income is counted or not for determining the OBC Non-creamy layer status?
i don't understand your question but I mean OBC it's non creaminilier at certificate is compulsory but in your self income not necessary for this certificate for more enquiry contact me i give reply Best of my knowledge
