Is it compulsory to attend pre admission for respondents. we are respondents and the appelleate has put a case against us respondents ( Dep Registrar / joint registrar / and two people from society. we are for cluster redevpt and appellants are for self devpt. in this case dep reg and joint reg took our side and dissolved the co op society members

It is not compulsary but it is advisable to attend the proceedings rather than skipping it since you should know what proceedings and the action is going on in court. If u skip the proceedings there are chances where u could have got a favourable order in your favour but solely due to absentism you wont get
