how to get relief from lower court's court fee charge

i m appearing and fighting my property case,,,
in which my advocate has said me to pay court fee of 8000/- bcz of defence struck off by judge within 1n half years of proceedings,,
so i request u to advice me,,,, is there anyway to waive off such fee from court ot get some relief
but i want some advice sir
