Q: Wife is not ready to divorce or live with husband

My brother is married in 2006 . From last 3 years he is living separately from his wife. His wife is not ready to stay with him and not giving mutual divorce. Their 13 years daughter also living with mother. What we can do in this case as she is not ready to live along with brother and not giving divorce.

file a contested divorce or before filing the same you can also file a petition under section 9 HMA and decree in your brother favourr will gave another ground of divorce. so contested divorce I will suggest you instead of mutual one

Q: I want to secure my money and house property from my wife

Hello mam /sir , I have a boy child of 6 month. My wife is going to divorse me...i am a govt.employee. How i maintain my house property. Is she able to take my half of property..? i have money in my bank accounts... Can she take half of my money?

it's depends upon the facts of the case and also depends upon the court order. first whether she is interested in your money?? and she ask for the same in her case then it depends upon the court whether to order the same or not

Q: Cheque bounce - Drawer refused a demand notice

I send a legal demand notice to drawer on three addresses , 2 belongs to office address & one is at residential address. letter returned with remark of door locked which is sent to office address. While Refuse remark presented which is sent to Drawer's residence address.The same letter was posted on his whatts app, which was received with blue tick. PLS advise further, can it be sufficient to file a case or advise further. is this case is enough strong from my side. Legal notice was sent immediately after cheque bounce. (Drawer is a owner of company).

no worries, you can file a cheque bounce complaint against him and you can gave the details about the lock of the house in your complaint and also attach the returned envelope with your complaint. Q: Abbusive and torturing husband and mother in law

I m Hindu nd married since 5yrs.m husband joined a company 15 days before and is earning 60k per month after sitting at home for 1.5year. Sir yesterday again they beat me and I called police soon they realised that I have called police so they all ran away. When police came no one was their. So they called them and asked them to come to police station. I waited for my parents to reach and then went to police station after 3 hrs. My in-laws were already present their and filled a application against me. Then I filled a application.My husband who was taking every step according to his lawyer said that he wants to bwith me and move to rented house.compromise ni hua and we went to civil hospital for my medical. Meanwhile I gave my kids(twins)to my husband because I was thinking that I will go back to my matrimonial house in evening. But my parents didn’t let me go back to in-laws and deposited medical.what next steps to be taken. Please guide as i don’t want to be a bad motherwho left kids
