How to check if the registry has been properly made

Hi sir/ma''am I am krishna, we invested 6 lakhs in a housing society for a own house and applied loan for 30 lakhs, the people allotted us 200 sq.yards space and said they will deliver house within 4 months, and the land first registered some middle man's name and our first housing loan check 19 lakhs directly submitted to him by LIC housing loan my mom applied for loan how the check came on is name, now they saying house will handover in a year and we started land registration process and land is registered on my mom's name as house in under construction but papers still at the lawyer who is friend of middle man, I am in fear that is the middle man is doing something wrong with us, and is second check from LIC Housing will giving to my mom or to that middle man, I am in very fear if is going something wrong we are just get on the road, please suggest me what can i do save my family. and how to check the land is prperly registered on my mom's name, please help me ASAP.
