House owner gave house to stay for one year without rent only electric

After one year owner ask them to vacant the house agreement paper the owner has and in it clear written all term and condition.but thy refused to leave the house. We complaint in Thana but nothing happened.we are Hindu general .the house belong to a window.
you need to send them a legal notice detailing all facts and circumstances and moreso court has stated if owner needs it the court will decide and order the same so you need to follow the process to go ahead with so that they are trapped properly and hand over clear possession back to the landlord without further hassles
