harassment by tenant of shop below ours, what actions can be taken

I am a hindu owner and the tenant of the shop below ours who is a muslim hasrecently started renovation of the shop and already knew that there was a compressor of AC fitted outside the plinth above, from the beginning, he got the sign board prepared of a long length and now is imposing on us that you have to remove the compressor at any cost or they will do it. first the actual owner was told and explained in detail about the where abouts and he also agreed that the tenant had prepared the sign board out of his knowledge. also where the tenant want to fit his board there is water outlet of our corridor floor. so again and again the shop owner his father in law (advocate) and then the tenant's wife are coming and verbally abusing and threatening my wife who is running a pediatric physiotherapy clinic in our shop. yesterday 13-07-2017 the wife( relative) of the tenant came in the clinic and started telling that either you move the compressor or i'll do it and then do whatever you want
