Got caught consuming alcohol in public place how to deal with it

I had caught by the police last Saturday in a park when i am consuming alcohol. I am a 25 years old student who is preparing for banking. I have accepted the guilty and requested him to not lodge any complaint. because if I have any case then I cannot apply for any exam. The police officer didn't understand my request. He filed case against me. he submitted my mobiles and wallets and after checking my wallet he bring my license and my bike's RC from my wallet. As per that police staff suggested me that submit the penelty in the court and take your RC back. My concern is i have no proof that police have my RC and they will give me back after submiting my penelty? What I have to do in the court ?
