Q: Can a woman do second marriage without divorce to her first husband ?

i love a girl and she got married forcely by her parents. her husband torturing her mentally and physically using vry abusive language. if she leaves her husband without divorce and wants to live with me , then ss it possible that i can marry with her? is there any kidnapping case that her parents can do on me?,indian law for second marriage without divorce ?

She can File Divorce case against the husband as well as file complaint case for cruelty but she can live separate. you can't marry at this time. you can not live with her. her husband can file complaint against yoyu for adultery.

My friend's father beats his mother all the time and torture her for dowry. Beats her till she gets all black and blue. Abuses her to next level. And many pathetic things as well. He went to national women commission for his mother but they said, "Yaha pe Aesa hi h Aap complain mt Karo bekar h bure logo ka kuch nhi hota". What exactly should be done. This is really a seriously issue. Death threats everything. Please help us please.

मेरी बहिन की शादी 1 साल पहले june 2017 में हुई थी , and she is 3 months pregnant now , शादी से 1 दिन बाद से ही उससे उसकी सास ससुर और पति ने बुरा व्यवहार शुरू किया , हाथ उठाने को छोड़कर , तानो से लेकर गालिया , गोली मारने की धमकिया , सब दी गई ! 3 महीने वो हमारे यह रहकर गई , उसका पति हाथ जोड़कर लेकर गया वापस , आज फिर उसने गालिया दी ! हम बहुत educated आदमी है , मेरी बहिन teacher है और हम ऐसा व्यवहार और सेहन नहीं कर सकते ! Mutual वो देगा नहीं और consent में हम जाना नहीं चाहते , क्युकी consent में mental trauma बहुत होगा , बेहतर से बेहतर advise मुझको दे ! हम simple family से है , हमको कोई पैसा वैसा नहीं चाइये शादी खर्च का , केवल divorce चाइये ! और वो आदमी खुदखुशी की धमकिया देकर emotionally blackmail करता है ताकि मेरी बहिन वही रुकी रहे ! द्वारका डिस्ट्रिक्ट कोर्ट का jurisdiction है , कृपया 1 अच्छा वकील भी suggest करे !
