fraud in Transfer of Ownership

Sir,
We are facing an issue regarding partition and transfer of ownership of property.
In the absence of me(Manikiran;21y) Some of my relatives took my father who is mentally and physically ill (Nervous impairment,visual defect)...they took my father's signature ..this is happened just before a month ..may i know upto what time we can cancel/modify the registration..sir kindly do the needful.

in your case you have every right under law. but you didn't mention whether the documents registered or not, but you have every right to approach court for their fraud.
