Hi, I have been suffering from IBS for the past 7 years and the main cause is my family. I am suffering from multiple health issues and trauma because my mother remarried to some psychopath who has ruined my career. I am severrly traumatised and alone and I am being severely mistreated. Dear Sir,in your case , electronic evidence can be submit under section 65b of Cr.P.C. in this you have to furnish your laptop system details along with your laptop. on other side you can furnish the bank statements with bank officials signature and seal. you no need to worry about bank computer details. if it's need, you adduce the bank officials evidence through the court. hence 1st you have to evidence which you have with you.

dear Sir/Madam,i gone through your query which is normally facing similar now a days. In Domestic violence cases , the act restricted time limit. but due to usage of lucanas the opposite party draging the matter years together. so if you closely monitor your matter , you can get early relief.

Dear Sir,I have gone through your query, daughter and wife entitled the equivalent share in deceased father property with son. Not required whether daughter performed the welfare of federal father in his life time. and they can transfer their shares to the son by exciting relinquished deed.
