My uncle is blind and her niece take the possession of first floor with false gpa. Case is in tis hazari court Delhi. my lawyer filed the 12/6 application by directing the suraj lamp judgment but judge dismiss the same. not sure what to do next as its supreme court orders that gpa is not maintainable. Can you please guide what should i do next as lawyer is saying we need to file appeal in DJ court.
Hi first of all what does the court day and all what is the court and what else is the judge going on and all what does the entire matter and all say what is the stage and all in the matter if u appeal to Hc also on what Ground will u appeal first what does the order and all say
