Employment status as unemployed on passport

I have mentioned unemployed before applying for passport. But before appointment date I got appointment letter from with date of joining but due to shift problem I am having issues with my emplyoee so I might be leaving the job or not. What will be consequences if I continue the job which has date of joining before psk appointment.
No issue as such. Do not worry, if you will be applying for a Visa for a Foreign Country like UK or US, then problem shall have arised from being factually incorrect about Employment Status
In the case of Passport, there won't be such an issue.
