OURS IS A PAGDI BUILDING AND WE ARE THE TENENTS , OUR HOUSE HAS 02 ROOM NUMBERS AND 2 DOORS RECENTLY A OWNER AND REDEVELOPER TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS OF OUR ROOMS AND MHADA OFFICER SENT A REPORT STATING NO SEPERATE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED HENCED CLUBBED OUR BOTH THE ROOM AND NOW BUILDER OFFERING US 1 FLAT IN NEW BUILDING SO ARE WE ELIGIBLE FOR 02 SEPERATE ROOM UNDER REDEVLOPMENT OF BUILDING dcr 33(7).

2 Doors is not important only tenancy right is important.If two persons hold tenancy right then two flats shall be awarded to tenant.If only one tenant occupying two rooms that cannot be considered.If you have entered into personal agreement with Builder for two flats then you can get two flats after development.
