You can publish public notice in the newspaper that legal suit is pending in the court. In that public notice you can submit that during lis pendency your society shall not be held liable for losses caused to third person by purchasing disputed property.

My husband is a gay I went to register 498a against him but he is not listening to police also.as he comes from police background in family so he is trying best to pressurize police nd not to register 498 in this case wht shld i do.

You need to file Divorce petition on the ground of impotency of your husband against your husband in the family court of your area. You can also claim maintenance from your husband in that Divorce petition.

You can execute relinquish deed in favour of your wife thereby your legal rights can be extinguished.for that deed permission of builder is necessary.If builder gives written permission at the time of registration of relinquish deed in favour of your wife

You can file civil suit in the court where suit land is situated for specific performance of contract against the seller. You can also claim in that suit for cancellation of sell contact between seller and another buyer of land.

Q: Mental and physical abuse in marriage

Hi I'm married for 11 yrs now, I have a son 8yrs and also expecting in 4 Months another child. My husband is a alcoholic person, he becomes abusive physicaly and mentally to both me and my son...He is not able to work in any place because of his alcohol habit, he is being asked to leave. I have been taking my son responsibilities soley. He and me mutually agreed for the second child and now he is not taking any responsibility as he is not wanting to work..He does not help me financially.

You can file application in the court under Protection of women from domestic violence Act against your husband in the local court of your area.In that application you can claim maintenance amount to you and your son from your husband.
