We won the case again my opposition on the case related to land in 1977 and again they filled the case against the same decree in 1990 which they again lost.. And now I want to construct the boundaries around my land they are apposing us saying that they have stay order from high court in year 2005 so you can't construct the boundary.. Is that possible that they can get stay order from high court even after loosing the case 2 times?

Hello
No there is no any stay order which can be permanent ., stay order is always a temporary order and is an interlocutory order. Whenever there is any stay there is a further listing order also, thus it can be vacated. Prima facie the most important contention is that you have to check whether the stage of listing is up to next listing or upto the stage for a fixed time period or whether the stay is for a particular format.

Every stay order is made with issuing notice to opposite party.
You can challenge the order
