Document required to fill divorce consentent and not consentent

Could you tell me the document need it to file a divorce with consentement and without consentement ? And the different steps ? And how many days it takes to file the divorce in both case ?

On the above-mentioned query please note down that the required documents for divorce with or without consent is :
1. Proof of marriage
i.e. marriage registration certificate of the concerned registrar/ state government/ central government
2. Identity proof (both)
3. Address proof (both)
The minimum desertion period is 2 years. If courts not satisfied then the plaint has been rejected .
