A sale deed is a form of conveyance deed whereby whereby one party transfers the property to another party in lieu of some consideration amount. Under Order 23 of CPC, whenever the parties in a property dispute reach a settlement then the same may be converted into a decree by a court order. A family settlement deed is one whereby the parties who are stakeholders decide about their share and reach a settlement.
