Bought a disputed land which has a case pending in court what to do

we hv purchased a litigatition land, in 2008 only they hv put litigation without knowing we bought the property in 2013 , we brought it from our owner of present rented house,in a way he has cheated us without telling about litigation how to come out of this at the earliest.
U cannot come out. Since u r educated ignorance of law is no excuse so file case civil case fr declaration along with criminal case for cheating so file criminal case and civil case for recovery do it and get law into motion

As per section 52 of Transfer of property Act the owner can not sell,alienation, mortgage or change or create any transfer over the land which is under dispute in the competed court of law however it protects the bona fide purchaser. Soon you consult the your nearest counsel.
