Correction of name in sale deed

Sir,I have a property registered in my name but due to legal separation I want to change the name .After legal separation I have changed my name through notary affidavit.Please advise me. Geetha.

if you deed registerd documents means now you want separation then someone has to release the rights then deed will came single name one should released right
then automatically coming right don't do correct

You can file a Rectification Deed in the Sub Registrar's Office or an Amendment Deed by producing all the relevant documents and will require the original parties for executing it. It can be done at the Sub Registrar's Office where the earlier deed was registered
