How to make rectification deed

I have sell a land and make registered to purchaser as per on line entry in revenue records. Actually my land is 2.89 acres. The canal went across the land and land made 3 parts.1)East 0.54 acres S.No. 424/1and (2) canal 0.20 acres and (3) west land 2.15 acres S.No. is 424/3. in Revenue online it is entered 0.54 acres are S.No.424/1 and 2.15 acres are 424/3 on the basis I registered the land. After that it was found that it wrongly entered in online. Actually the 0.54 acres is S.No.424/3 and 2.15 acres are S.No.424/1. Now I want rectification deed. Can I get it or not. The procedure may be informed
You can get rectified. You have to execute registered rectification deed in the same sub registrar office. Both the parties vendor and vendee should be present. You have to mention the correct details of extent with boundaries.
