Can I marry my second cousin ?

I love my second cousin but we are hindus so we can't marry each other. We love each other very much more than our life. We can't live without each other. My age is 24 and my cousin's age is 19 , . Please help me what can be done in this situation and how can we live ?
Every religion have certain customs and rules where we need to follow else there is no system then whole culture will collapse. Hindu religion have very rigid system where many many western people following us. So we need to protect our culture. Now you and your cousin having only a affection . Rather than all these concentrate on your studies and future.
