Ancestor House Property of Grandfather passed to father

24-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
My Grandfather had built house in his life time with his earned money. After his death my father the only son got house transferred to his name with no objection from all his sisters. My father has died and we are daughters from our father. Is the property now ancestral property and all sisters have equal right in the property including our mother? Does my father had any right to make will to the property as it was not made by him but by my grandfather. Does property of grandfather in hands of father acquires status of being an Ancestral Property ? Thanks

It’s not the ancestral property as per law coz it has not got to ur grandfather in inheritance...he made the same himself and then ur father got it...now u all sisters and ur mother have equal right in the property in question as ur father sisters had already given the consent that they do not want the property.
