my father died yesterday my mother is also not in the world i have three brothers and i don't know the legal procedures of patition of land and can my brothers forcefully take my share if i am not present there

As your father past away therefore all the property that he holds will be partitioned as per the wish that he states in his will. If there is an absence of will in that case suit the suit for the partition of property among the legal heirs will be filed before the Court.
