I required the legal advice for 498a case which is raised by my brothers wife on me & my parents and we have owned in lower court as she falsely raised the case but now she is telling she will go in high court for the same. but now my brother is missing after he had gone to Kerala and we have no any information of him how we can proceed & my parents are older to handle the things
If 498A case is pending then engage the advocate and defend your side. So far brother is missing and if you.have doubt then file police complaint of his missing. Subsequently attain the court regularly and also seek the permission of the court for exemption of parents from attending the court.
