Hi,

What’s the proof that you gave a friendly loan to your friend?

What’s the security like a cheque or agreement you have with you?

Approach him to sign a loan agreement and also give a cheque.

For details contact me.

Hi,
You may take a cheque of said amount from him and incase the cheque bounce then you may initiate proceedings under 138 of Negotiable instrument Act against him.
