Can warrant be issued if i miss one hearing

Hi, I have warrant from other case in cheque bounce and in coming days have other case of 420. I will file an EP and if it is not accepted by the judge will the judge issue NBW or will give one chance. I have not missed even single hearing till now from 4 years. My case is at a stage of cross of witness

the court usually evaluates the overall conduct and diligence shown over the years since your client has never missed a hearing in four years the magistrate will likely take this sincere track record into account when considering any application or execution petition and rather than directly issuing a non bailable warrant the court may exercise judicial discretion to grant a reasonable opportunity or pass over the matter depending on the exact grounds presented and the urgency shown for the execution petition
