I Filed A Cheque Bounce Case Against My Feiend But He Got Acquitted...

m a complainant I filed a complaint for a cheque bounce. After one year the Judgement came the decision was acquitted by the judge. What can I do against the accused now. Can accused file a complaint against me because she got acquitted?

In this regard, I advice you to file an appeal against such acquittal thereby citing the grounds for appeal. Generally lower courts make mistakes by pronouncing the judgment in such cases due to lack of knowledge what constitutes a legal enforceable debt and other things. Further, the accused who got acquitted can definitely file for perjury and defamation also against you. As you have implicated her in false case.
