Nothing just find a good lawyer and send a reply to that notice and if again you get a complaint then fight for your innocence thats it...nothibg gonna happen in that case....just get a details of your own uncles account and show it to court...

Hi
First of all u have to tell whole story. In that way ur uncle will give statement that he gave money on ur behalf. State about the amount and how old it was.
When the cheque bounced ?
But it is clear that u have to fight case and thus is not a matter of fear that ur case bounced.
All the very best

Reply to notice giving a/c detail of your uncle can be given to party as he paid to him on your behalf & had no financial liability on him. If court notice is there get bail first then on first date explain to court all proofs. Amount given by your uncle can be laid as your loan to discharge your liability.

Say the cheque which bounced was given only as security and not to be presented for honor. He illegally without consent presented it.

Anyways we have paid the whole amount in his account through my uncle and therefore the debt stands discharged. Write a mail to him citing all these things.
