Q: Cheque bounced but gave money through some other account what to do ?

I take some cash and gave cheque for security but i was unable to pay on due date and cheque bounced. After some days I gave another cheque from my uncle's account and cheque cleared successfully. Now I got notice that I have to pay that amount. What Should I do in that Condition?

Q: Phone insured but the insurance company delaying claim what to do

My phn met with an acccident and it is insured by syska company i had sent into compnay and claim is also approved by them whenever i called them they said ur payment is in process plz wait for somedays to trasfer in ur account i heard it from last 3 mnth plzz help me. Q: Wife died in Motor Car Accident - how to get the accused punished

Fast speed car hit my wife and mother who were riding on Honda pleasure, they just turned right from one inner road and car was coming on fast speed and trying to overtake from left which resulted in a crash and my wife who were driving Honda pleasure hit her forehead on car roof frame and fainted, after trying hard for 4-5 days she expired leaving behind daughter of 9 years and son of 2 years. After getting in senses, I checked that this news was not at all published in any local newspaper and even accused got bail on very first day and even car is with him which was involved in crash. Today, one month over, FIR was done, identification was done by my mother but still I m not getting satisfaction as everything is just going according to accused n police officials. I want that person to feel our pain, want him behind bars and even get compensation for my kids.

Q: Harassment by in-laws and husband and asking for divorce

I am in a love marriage of 6years and do not have kids.lt is because my husband do not want kids and is waiting for his mother's consent.My problem is that my in-laws inspite of staying in other state are interfering and controlling our life.They always have iltreated me and speak in taunting manner.My sisters in law's have many times spoken Ill of me in front of me and my husband. My husband never speaks up-front about any of there wrong doings to me and when l try to speak for me he starts fighting me. Also, I always made him aware of his family's behaviour to me to which he agreed initially but now denying everything. My mother in law in fact have used to ask me to bring dowry from my home when my sister marries.Also they are very secretive from me and always emotionally blackmail my husband and make him fight to me on all small and big things.
