Cheque Bounce of amount 1.92 Lakhs bounced last week, please advice ..

Hi My question is someone owes me 1.92 lakhs and has no intention of giving it back , I have bounced his check a week back which has come back with the instruction signature differ. Please advice further course of action

Query perused. I would advise you to initiate proceedings under section 138 NI Act, against the concerned drawer at the earliest possible. We will help you initiating the same on your behalf. Dear client,


You can file Complaint under Negotiable Instruments Act. Dear client first of u have to send legal notice to opposite party and gave them 15 days time to return ur complaint.If he did not pay u u can file complaint in the court. Dear Sir,

If cheque has been bounced by the reason of signature difference of drawer is certainly liable of criminal offence under Negotiable instrument Act.

Now, you need to issue legal notice , for which you may contact for starting and discussion of the entire case since starting.

immediately cancel to a lawyer and issue a legal notice to that person otherwise your time is left to if you your notice but big is already left and that your consequences and your whole money small legal notice for recovery of money hundred 138 and file a civil suit for recovery

sir/maam, you have both criminal as well civil recourse in such a situation. your claim (owing of Rs. 1.92 Lakhs) has to be duly supported by documents or other evidence which makes it clear that money was actually owed to you by him
