Q: Gay husband - married for his family reputation

I need advice on the case that the boy is gay and has done a big fraud with the girl by marrying her just for the family reputation. When girl got to know, she continuously supported him by taking him to doctors, he never took medicines never behaved properly with the girl, and now have started torturing the girl mentally, what could be the charges in such cases. Please help. They are threatening by saying we have lawyers in our family. And more importantly the girl is an independent girl and was earning around 1.5 lac per month before the marriage, they have ruined around 20 months of the girl. can i divorce my husband if he is gay ? Dear Client, That girl must be facing great problem, she will have to collect or must have proof of his being a Gay. if she can proof medically then that would be better evidence. however, she can file a case of fraud and cheating and can also file a case for Annulment of her marriage, all at Civil court. Q: Getting blackmailed by escort and call girls in Noida.

I encountered a number online offering adult dating services, and without thinking clearly, I called it. They assured me it was a legal service and asked for a registration fee of Rs. 990, which I paid. Then, they requested Rs. 20,500 as a privacy fee, followed by my ID card and photo, which I provided. They provided a lady's contact details and address, but she said I needed a confirmation email before meeting. Later, they demanded Rs. 98,500 for a government-approved escort card, claiming it was legal. The next day, they demanded an additional Rs. 1,67,000 because I hadn't paid on time, which I refused. Now, they are threatening me with a legal notice, insisting I pay to resolve the issue. They claim the card is government-approved and threaten to visit with lawyers. What should I do about being blackmailed by this escort service?
