My friend took lift from mall from a biker. At the red light both were stopped by police and biker ran away leaving behind the bike and a mobile phone in my friend's possession. The police arrested my friend under section 392 IPC. The phone was stolen from its owner 2 days back near the same mall by the biker who ran away. Even the bike does not belong to the biker.
